Do you ship Australia-wide?

Yes. We ship our handmade homewares across Australia. We offer free standard shipping on orders over $80 to NSW, VIC, QLD and the ACT. For SA, WA, NT, TAS and remote postcodes, a separate freight quote may apply due to distance and weight.

How long does shipping take?

Most orders arrive within 2–5 business days for metro areas, 5–10 business days for regional areas and up to 14 days or more for remote locations. Tracking details are provided once your order leaves our Tuggerah, NSW warehouse.

Are shipping costs included for heavy stone items?

Yes. Our pricing includes standard shipping for eligible postcodes, including heavy stone basins, tables and firepits. If your address falls outside our free shipping zones, we will contact you with a freight quote before dispatch.

Are all Wild Fig products handmade?

Yes. Every Wild Fig Home piece is handmade using natural materials such as marble, onyx, terracotta, reclaimed teak and Capiz shell. All designs are created in Australia and crafted by artisanal workshops.

Will my stone piece look exactly like the photo?

Each stone piece is unique. Natural variations in veining, colour and texture are expected and are part of the authenticity and beauty of natural stone craftsmanship.

How do I care for marble and onyx homewares?

Wipe marble and onyx with a soft damp cloth and mild soap. Avoid acidic cleaners such as vinegar, citrus and bleach, and dry spills promptly. Stone may be sealed occasionally for additional protection. See our full Care Instructions page for more information.

What if my order arrives damaged?

If an item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will replace, refund or credit the item promptly according to our Returns and Exchanges policy.

Do you accept change-of-mind returns?

Yes. We accept change-of-mind returns on full-priced items within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. Return shipping is at the customer's expense due to the fragile nature of our homewares.

Do you offer custom stone basins, tables or lamps?

Yes. We offer custom design options for stone basins, tables, lamps and select terracotta and timber pieces. Customers can submit measurements, drawings or inspiration images through our Custom Design Enquiry form.

Do you offer trade pricing for designers and stores?

Yes. We offer trade pricing for interior designers, stylists, architects and retailers. Contact us with your ABN and project details to receive our trade pricing information.

Refund policy

Returns & Exchanges

At Wild Fig Home, each piece is handmade from natural materials — stone, wood, terracotta and shell — meaning every item is beautifully unique. We want you to love your purchase, and we’re here to help if something isn’t quite right.

🌿 Change of Mind

We accept returns for change of mind on full-priced items within 7 days of delivery, provided your item is unused, in its original condition and packaging. Due to the fragile nature of our products, return shipping is at the customer’s expense.

To start a return, please email cusomerservice@wildfighome.com.au with your order number, item name and reason for return. Once approved, we’ll send you the return details.

We take great care when packing our fragile homewares. If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging. We’ll arrange a replacement, credit or refund as quickly as possible.

Custom orders, made-to-order pieces and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.
