Yes. We offer free shipping on orders over $80 to most of NSW, VIC, QLD and the ACT.

WA, NT, TAS, SA and some remote or rural areas may require a separate freight quote due to distance and weight. If your postcode isn’t covered at checkout, please contact us and we’ll send a shipping estimate.

Orders are dispatched from our Central Coast, NSW warehouse.

Yes. For eligible postcodes in NSW, VIC, QLD and the ACT, shipping is included in the price, even for heavier pieces like stone basins, side tables, firepits and large pots.

For WA, NT, TAS, SA and remote areas, large or heavy items may need a custom freight quote before you checkout.

Yes. Every Wild Fig piece is individually handcrafted in small workshops using natural materials — stone, onyx, reclaimed teak, terracotta and Capiz shell.

Because each item is made by hand, slight variations in tone, grain, texture and finish are normal and are part of the beauty of owning one-of-a-kind homewares.

• Wipe stone and onyx with a soft cloth and mild soap; avoid harsh or acidic cleaners.

• For reclaimed teak, dust regularly and nourish occasionally with a natural timber oil.

• Avoid leaving pieces sitting in water or in harsh, direct sunlight for long periods.

We work with natural, solid materials, so no two pieces are ever identical. Veining in stone, knots in reclaimed teak, colour wash on terracotta and shell patterning will all vary.

These natural markings are not faults — they’re what give your Wild Fig piece its character and make it uniquely yours.

We want you to love your Wild Fig piece. If something arrives damaged or not as described, please email us with photos within 48 hours of delivery so we can help.

For change-of-mind returns, we offer store credit on selected items within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused, in original condition and securely repackaged.

Many of our pieces are made in small batches, so they can sell out quickly. Where pre-orders are available, you’ll see a note on the product page with an estimated dispatch date.

If a piece you love is sold out and pre-order isn’t shown, contact us and we’ll let you know when it’s likely to be back in stock or suggest a similar style.
